How many mls is one 'part'?

A 'part' is a reference to a proportionate measure. Its easy to work out - the total number of parts referred to in the recipe (for example, one part plus one part equals two parts in total) is the size of the drink you want to create, and the part for each ingredient is a percentage of that (in this example, 1:2 equals ½ the volume is one ingredient and ½ the volume is the other ingredient.

How do I make one Apple Martini?

If you wanted to make one standard cocktail of Apple Martini, you would add one part mix to one part vodka. A standard cocktail is typically 150ml - so you will need 75ml of mix and 75ml of vodka.

How do I make one Cosmopolitan?

In our Cosmopolitan recipe, you add 1.5 parts mix to one part vodka, so for a standard 150ml cocktail, this is 90ml mix and 60ml vodka.

How do I make one Mojito?

In our Mojito recipe, you add three parts mix, to three parts soda water and one part rum. A mojito is served in a long glass with plenty of ice, so it is typically 200ml. On this basis, you need 85ml mix, 85ml soda water and 30ml rum.

How long will my Classic Cocktail mix last?

Each Classic Cocktail Mix has a best before date on the bottom of the bottle. The mix will last, unopened, and unrefrigerated, until this date. Once you open the bottle, you should keep it in the refrigerator and use it within 7 days.
