Peach Bellini
Mix the classic Peach Bellini by adding 30ml of the mix into a champagne glass, and topping with Prosecco or sparkling wine.
Virgin Bellini
Instead of using Prosecco or sparkling wine, mix a Virgin Bellini by adding soda water to the Peach Bellini mix.
Bellini Martini
Add 15ml of Peach Bellini Mix, 30ml of vodka and 15ml of Peach Schnapps to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake, then serve in a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine if desired.
Absolute Peaches
Place 15ml of Peach Bellini Mix, 30mls of Absolut Peach Vodka and 1-2 peaches (peeled and sliced) into a blender, blend well and serve.
Peach Mimosa
Add 15ml Peach Bellini Mix and 30ml of orange juice to a champagne glass, and top with champagne.
