Pear Bellini
Mix the classic Pear Bellini by pouring 30ml of the mix into a champagne glass, and topping with Prosecco or sparkling wine.
Rose and Pear Bellini
Mix a classic Pear Bellini and add a few drops of Rose water for a delicate flavour addition.
Absolutely Pear
Place 15ml of Peach Bellini Mix, 30mls of Absolut Pear Vodka and 1-2 pears (peeled and sliced) into a blender, blend well and serve.
Pear and Cranberry Bellini
Stir 15ml of Pear Bellini Mix and 15ml of Cranberry juice together in a champagne glass, top with sparkling wine.
